Namreč Slovenska rugby reprezentanca, v soboto 12. 4. 2013, ob 15.00 uri, gosti reprezentanco Bolgarije.
Igralci so napovedali spektakel in zmago nad Bolgarijo.
Že ob 14.30 bodo gledalci deležni programa kjer bodo mladinci do 14 let zaigrali tekmo in pokazali svoje sposobnosti.
Vljudno vabljeni!
Izjava selektorja:
With little more than a week before the test match that will see the Slovenian Encijani play against Bulgaria, Head Coach Emmanuel Meyer (34), feels confident that the Encijani are ready to face a tough side, asked about how he thinks the team will perform Meyer said:
"i am very proud of who hard the lads have worked in the last few months, rejuvenating their game style and focusing on the fundamentals of the game. I want to thank each and every player for the effort they have put in, going out of their comfort zone and accepting change of leadership without unnecessary bitterness or second thoughts.
It has been a mutually enriching experience where where I have received fantastic feedback from the players and staff, on and off the field. So far we've had some indications that we are on the right path to success; we will need to prove it in those 80 minutes, against a strong opponent, whom respect but do not fear. We will need to fight at every breakdown, every scrum, every lineout. You never know what could hapen, if we can play good rugby and have a victory it would mean a lot to all of us"
We are playing at a new venue, in front of a larger crowd, we will fight for every inch of that turf as we want to ensure our position in ENC2 pool and start writing a new page in Solvenian Rugby history. We are rugby-ready and we are willing to put together our hearts and spirit into this and we hope the supporters will enjoy the game. "
Meyer also expressed his sincere gratitude to Robert Puconja (Assistant Coach – ndr) for all the help and support in this new phase of Slovenian rugby.
